Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus our shipping costs*. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please package items in the original box used in shipping your product. Credit will be applied to the card number used for the purchase. Our shipping costs are not refundable, only the product amount will be refunded. *Shipping costs is the amount we are charged by the freight company, Fed Ex, UPS, USPS.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipments arrive weekly so we have a large inventory for rapid shipping. Items shipped directly from our warehouse to you. We carry our own inventory. No third party drop shipping like most online stores.
We ship to all USA addresses at this time. If in the lower 48 states, flat rates apply. For Hawaii and Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc. we will give you an estimate for shipping before we charge your credit card.
